Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This policy explains what personal data we collect through adduppeople.com and its tools (the "Site"), what we use it for and how you can exercise your rights. It is governed by Argentine Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326, its Regulatory Decree No. 1558/2001 and supplementary regulations.

1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is AddUp People S.A.S., a simplified stock company (sociedad por acciones simplificada) organized in the Argentine Republic, currently being registered with the Inspección General de Justicia (Argentine tax ID pending), with its registered office at Santo Tomé 4650, PB 1, C1417, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina ("AddUp People", "we" or "us"), operating under the AddUp People brand. For any question about this policy, write to hello@adduppeople.com.

If processing is transferred in the future to a company that controls AddUp People, is controlled by it or is under common control with it, we will say so on this page and, if the change is significant, through the contact details you gave us. That company will take on the commitments in this policy.

2. What data we collect

We only collect the data you give us or that is generated when you use the Site:

We do not collect sensitive data as defined in Section 2 of Law No. 25,326, and we ask you not to include it in your messages or answers.

3. What we use it for

We process your data on the basis of your consent, which you give when you submit a form, answer the pulse survey or self-assessment, book a demo or write to us. Consent to receive commercial information is separate and optional. You can withdraw any consent at any time.

4. Pulse survey and self-assessment

Your answers are stored separately from your email address. Pulse results are published only in aggregate and anonymous form, and each breakdown (by country, industry or size) is published only if it has at least 50 responses. We never sell or share individual answers.

If you left your email, you can ask us to delete your answers while they are still linked to it. Once anonymized and included in statistics, they can no longer be identified.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your data. We only share it with providers that deliver services we need to run the Site, under confidentiality and security obligations:

We may also share it with companies that control AddUp People, are controlled by it or are under common control with it, or with a successor in a corporate reorganization, merger, spin-off or asset transfer, which must comply with this policy.

Some of these providers store data outside Argentina, including in the United States, a country the Argentine authority does not consider to offer an adequate level of protection. In those cases, the transfer relies on your consent and on contractual data protection commitments under applicable law.

6. Cookies

The Site does not use its own advertising or analytics cookies. Embedded third-party services, such as the Cal.com calendar, may use cookies required for them to work. You can block them in your browser settings, although that may prevent you from booking a demo through the Site.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your contact data for as long as needed to answer your inquiry and maintain the business relationship, and for no more than 24 months after our last contact, unless the law requires a longer period. After that we delete or anonymize it. Anonymized pulse answers may be kept for historical statistics.

8. Your rights

You can access, correct, update or request deletion of your data by writing to hello@adduppeople.com. We answer access requests within 10 calendar days and correction, update or deletion requests within 5 business days, as set out in Sections 14 and 16 of Law No. 25,326.

At any time you can ask us to stop sending you commercial information and to remove you from our database, using the unsubscribe link in each email or by writing to hello@adduppeople.com, as provided in Section 27 of Law No. 25,326.

The data subject has the right to access their personal data free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is shown, as provided in Section 14, subsection 3 of Law No. 25,326. The AGENCY FOR ACCESS TO PUBLIC INFORMATION, as the Supervisory Authority of Law No. 25,326, has the power to handle complaints and claims filed by anyone whose rights are affected by non-compliance with personal data protection regulations.

If you contact us from the European Union, the United States or another jurisdiction with its own data protection rules, you can also exercise the rights those rules grant you through the same email address.

9. Data processed inside the platform

This policy only covers the Site. Employee data that our clients load into the AddUp People platform is processed under the contract and data processing agreement signed with each client. In that case the client is the data controller and AddUp People acts as processor, following the client's instructions.

10. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, access controls and keeping pulse answers separate from contact data. No system is completely invulnerable; if we detect an incident affecting your data, we will notify you as required by law.

11. Minors

The Site is intended for companies and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The current version will always be published on the Site with its update date. If a change is significant, we will let you know through the contact details you gave us.
