Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

These terms govern access to and use of adduppeople.com, its subdomains and the forms, tools and content available on them (the "Site"). By browsing the Site or using its forms, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who we are

The Site is operated by AddUp People S.A.S., a simplified stock company (sociedad por acciones simplificada) organized in the Argentine Republic, currently being registered with the Inspección General de Justicia (Argentine tax ID pending), with its registered office at Santo Tomé 4650, PB 1, C1417, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina ("AddUp People", "we" or "us"), under the AddUp People brand. Contact: hello@adduppeople.com.

When these terms refer to AddUp People, they also include any company that controls it, is controlled by it or is under common control with it (the "Affiliates"), to the extent it provides services related to the Site. If the operation of the Site is transferred to another Affiliate, we will say so on this page and identify it.

2. Scope of the Site

The Site is informational and commercial: it presents the AddUp People platform and lets you request a demo or a contact, or complete diagnostic tools. Its content is not a binding offer. The features described may change without notice.

Contract terms, service levels, pricing and data processing for the platform are set out in the agreement signed with each client, which prevails over these terms.

3. Demos, examples and illustrative content

The demo screens, cases, people, companies, amounts, percentages and recommendations shown on the Site, such as "Acme Corp" or the "Regional Sales Manager", are fictitious or anonymized examples for illustration only. Some of this content may have been generated or assisted by artificial intelligence tools and does not reflect the output the platform will produce with a specific organization's data.

Self-assessment results and pulse reports are indicative and based on the information each person provides. None of this content represents real data or constitutes professional advice on compensation, employment, accounting, tax or legal matters. Decisions you make about your organization are your sole responsibility.

4. Intellectual property

The AddUp People brand, logo, The AddUp Loop name and methodology, the module names, and the texts, designs, interfaces, reports and other content on the Site belong to AddUp People or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, modify or use them for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Any third-party trademarks, trade names or logos mentioned on the Site belong to their respective owners. They are mentioned for reference only and do not imply any association, sponsorship or endorsement.

5. Permitted use

You agree to use the Site in good faith and not to:

6. Third-party services

The Site embeds or links to third-party services, such as Cal.com for demo scheduling and WhatsApp for messaging. Their use is governed by each provider's own terms and policies, which we do not control.

7. Liability

The Site is provided as is. We make reasonable efforts to keep it working and its information up to date, but we do not guarantee it will be free of errors or interruptions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AddUp People will not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, loss of data or loss of business opportunities arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site. The Site is intended for companies and professionals; if consumer protection law applies, nothing in these terms limits the rights it grants.

8. Privacy

Personal data you give us through the Site is processed under our Privacy Policy, available at adduppeople.com/en/privacy.

9. Reorganizations and assignment

AddUp People may assign its position under these terms to an Affiliate or to a successor in a corporate reorganization, merger, spin-off or asset transfer. If that happens, we will say so on this page.

10. Changes

We may change these terms at any time. The current version is the one published on the Site, with its update date.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute will be submitted to the ordinary commercial courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

12. General provisions

If any provision of these terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to exercise a right is not a waiver of it. These terms are published in Spanish and English; in case of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
